A 178-room, seven-storey hotel is being built on the territory of the complex. It will have 126 one- and 52 two- room suits. The head of state viewed several suits.
Ilham Aliyev was informed that the complex will have a 250-seat restaurant, lobby bar, two cinemas, as well as a conference hall and entertainment rooms for children.
There will also be 27 two-storey cottages.
